Please see below updates from our three properties in St. Lucia...
Sandals Grande St. Lucian
1. Sandals Grande St. Lucian has introduced and Asian theme night to their already exciting variety of gourmet dining options. The Asian dining option is called Jasmins and is available three evenings per week. There is one sitting per evening and reservations are required. Dining is done in the Bill Clinton Ball room. Cocktails are at 6pm and dinner starts at 6:30pm.
2. Josephine's hours of operations are extended to 10 pm during periods of high occupancy. During periods of low to moderate occupancy the restaurant closes at its regular time, 6pm.
Sandals Regency
1. Arizona restaurant has been changed to Neptune's and now serves Mediterranean and seafood cuisine for lunch and dinner.
2. Christopher Elliot is now one of the two Hotel Managers at Sandals Regency (transferred from SHC).

Following nearly two months of renovations, Sandals Carlyle, formerly known as Sandals Inn, has reopened with extensive refurbishments to the Luxury Included® property. The renovation project included soft furnishing upgrades throughout the resort, as well as a complete overhaul of the 22 top-category Grande Luxe Oceanview rooms. The 22 renovated rooms now feature upgraded soft furnishings, the most up-to-date bathroom fixtures and amenities and designer color schemes.
Further improvements will continue at Sandals Carlyle throughout 2010 in addition to the introduction of Sandals Resorts’ exclusive butler service for all 22 Grande Luxe Oceanview Rooms beginning April 1, 2010. Butler service is provided by Sandals Resorts’ unique partnership with the London-based Guild of Professional English Butlers, renowned for its exceptional training program and quality service.

While at the Sandals Travel Agent Recognition Awards at Beaches Turks and Caicos last week, the following announcements were made that we wanted to pass on to our interested clients. Feel free to contact us for more information.
• Sandals Carlyle Inn - resort to have complete renovation throughout 2010 that will greatly enhance rooms, making them 100% butler suites, and that the Government is even in discussions to move the road in front of the resort to it's rear, making the resort beachfront. Expected renovation completion before the end of 2010....roadwork TBD
• Sandals Whitehouse - scheduled to re-open on-time December 18th.
• Sandals Emerald Bay in the Exumas - pictures look AMAZING. Resort currently going under room renovation and enhancement to pool area (to become zero-entry). Resort will have 6 restaurants and a huge spa when it opens. Golf to be $175 on Greg Norman course, which is supposidly a top 3 Caribbean coarse.
