Royal Plantation Fowl Cay located on Fowl Cay which is 5mins ferry ride from Staniel Cay. Staniel Cay is 250 miles Southeast of Florida and 75 miles south of Nassau. This 5star hotel is situated on a 52acres land overlooking one of the most magnificent views of the Caribbean ocean.

How you get to Royal Plantation Fowl Cay?
There are several air services that can provide transfer for guest:
- Guest can use charter services from Nassau to Staniel Cay and then ferry service (provided by RP) to Fowl Cay.
- The most recommended air service is with Watermaker Charter Air, guest can book this flight service from Ft. Lauderdale into Staniel Cay and then 5mins ferry service to Fowl Cay. To arrange flight services with Watermaker which offers two (2) flights per day on this 9 seater plane you can contact The Staniel Cay Yacht Club at 954-771-0330.
- Or from Nassau – Flamingo Air- Charter service, guest can choose either charter service or purchase individual seat- (plane is 5 or 9 seater).
Villa Accommodation: There are six(6) villas / 13rooms at Royal Plantation
Fowl Cay.
1. Bird Cage Villa :- 2 bedroom/2bathroom
Located on a bluff overlooking the ocean, the magnificent view provides one of the most tranquil feel to this villa. Guests have ocean view from both sides of this villa.
- This villa includes breakfast, drinks (non-alcoholic) and snacks
- Semi- private pool
2. Blue Moon : - 3bedroom & 3 bathroom
This villa has an incredible view of the ocean, but no direct access to the beach. This villa can accommodate a maximum of 7paxs. At present villa is selling for a max 6paxs.
3. Starlite & Seabreeze Villa : - 2bedroom/2bathroom
Full view of the ocean
No immediate access to beach.
These villas have both indoor and out door showers, with his and hers indoor shower heads.
4. Sweetwater Villa : - 3bedroom/3bathroom
- Direct access to their own private beach.
This villa can accommodate (similar to the Blue moon), 7paxs maximum
1 king /2 double beds with a pullout sofa
5. Linden Villa: 1 bedroom/1bath
This villa is the only one that is handicap accessible. But keep in mind that for someone with such disability, getting to and from the Island maybe more of a challenge, so that is something one must take in consideration.
- immediate access to private beach
The Nest will be the 7th villa – which will be entry level villa that can only accommodate single occupancy. Not available for accommodation.

- Each villa offers a Golf cart for guest to get around Island
- Each villa has boat for guest to sail around the Bahamian Cays (6 boats total). Sailing after dark is not recommended…
- Internet Access: service from restaurant and office
- Ferry Services to and from Staniel Cay
Things you need to know:
-Tipping is allowed
- You can rent Entire Island for a $100,000. for 7nts (price subject to change)
- Local rate for dining is available (price to be determined) and $10 per person roundtrip ferry service.
- Butlers service an additional $350.00 per day. (Request at time of booking)
Medical Service:
No nurses station at present, but with a 5mins Ferry service to Staniel cay for any medical attention.

- And of course the magnificent beach

Excursions: which are included
- Have you ever seen swimming Pigs, then visiting Pig Island is a must where is it recommended you bring the pigs food and watch them swim
- Or Visit iguana Island , needless I say more
- Swim with the sharks a must do.
