- Spa - Totally renovated with new colour scheme
- Lobby - Refurbished entire lobby including re-upholstering and re-polishing of furniture
- Suites & Rooms - Soft renovations were done on all bedrooms and furniture especially our Butler Suites – 16 suites have been completely redone with new furniture, new bed linen and drapes. Suites have also been repainted in new color scheme.
- New Restaurant - Neptune’s, which now serves seafood, replaces Arizona’s which served Southwestern cuisine.
- Electrical work - extensive repairs to our electrical circuits underground to correct defects identified.
- Villages - Decorative Molding strips replaced/repaired on all villages.
- Training & Dev. - All Team Members went through two and a half months of training to further enhance our service offering and standards
- Public Areas - Re-painted and decorated public areas, repaired floors, tiles etc
