Hello!  I first want to say thank-you for the welcome gift of Rum and the fruit plate you had delivered to our room. Both were appreciated! 

From the moment we arrived in Jamaica and met with the Sandals representatives at the airport we realized we had chosen a guest friendly organization/resort for our vacation. We were treated as a guest in every sense of the word. 

Our room at Sandals Whitehouse was perfect. Being on the first floor with the ocean view was very nice. We could watch the sun rise and set from our patio or room. And Dave and I sat out each night and reflected on our day.

The pool in the Italian Village is where we spent most of our time. The staff at the swim-up bar and at Bluefield's were exceptional. The beach access was great. We walked the beach numerous times every day.  And we enjoyed the fact that only guest of the resort had access to the beach area. 

The dining facilities and food were both more than I had expected. The food was well prepared and the presentation was nice. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The staff at Eleanor's sang Happy Birthday to Jean and presented her with a "special dessert".  Eleanor's was our favorite restaurant. We enjoyed the no reservation dining.  The top shelf alcohol and availability of wine at all the different venues was enjoyed by all of us.

The Martini Bar was also a favorite. The staff here was very friendly, the drinks were excellent and the piano player was very talented. At no time during our stay did we ever feel crowded.

Can you tell we had a superb time? The six of us talked one evening about the pro's and con's of Sandals Whitehouse versus other resorts we had visited and we had many more pro's than we did cons. In fact, at this moment I cannot think of anything negative.  We all agreed this was our best vacation together as a group. 

So...... with all that said we had a fabulous time and made many memories.  We would recommend your agency and this resort to others looking for a customer/guest centered travel agent and a resort.

We had a fabulous time at Sandals Antigua.  Thanks so much for the fruit and cheese plate too.  It was a pleasant surprise when we got back to our rooms.  We had been to Antigua in 2003 before the addition and loved it.  We loved it even more now!!!  Kimonos was our most favorite and entertaining meal with Sugar being our chef.  We also loved the sushi bar - their spicy crab rolls were the best sushi we've had!!  We rented cabanas by the pool for one day and loved being spoiled by our own butler.  We were served breakfast, lunch and anything else that our hearts desired.  It was great to be fully pampered for a day!!!  We even walked next door to the new casino and won over $200.

Fayette - Thank you so much for the lovely flowers and delicious treats on our cruise!  Scot & I loved looking at the flowers; it made our cabin so pretty.  And I have to admit that I sneaked more than my fair share of the girls’ pretzels--which I decided were really “our” pretzels!

The cruise itself was lovely—familiar and new at the same time.  It was actually quite nice being on a ship that we already knew, but with different ports.  The weather could have been a little better some days, but since we’ve returned to terrible cold and now, snow, I can’t complain.  At least our tans haven’t faded yet!

I hope all is well with you and that you enjoyed your holidays.  Once again, it was a pleasure working with you!

We had a WONDERFUL time on our trip and loved the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall in Jamaica! Thanks so much for everything. We will probably be in touch in the next few weeks to start planning a trip for sometime in May or June. We think (keeping our finger crossed) we're going to have two other couples going with us this time!

Thanks for all of your help arranging our trip to Sandals Negril!  It was

truly one of our greatest vacations.

Sandals Negril was the perfect spot for us and we are happy that you

suggested this location.  There was always an activity going on but there

were a number of days where we did nothing but lay by the beach.

We were happy to find out that we were given a room right on the beach per

our request.  This meant that our room was literally 15 feet from the beach.

Best trip yet for us.  Great food.  Great staff.  Great snorkeling.  Great

location.
