The trip to the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo was perfect!!!  Thank you so much for all of your help in finding this for us.  We were so impressed with the resort.  

We had a low to medium expectation for the food with it being an all inclusive and were pleasantly surprised!  There wasn't a single meal the entire week that we weren't able to try something new and delicious.  I think that anyone who complains about the food here probably was only eating the things that looked like they provided them for picky children (pizza, hamburgers, french fries etc.) 

The pools were amazing!  The swim up bar was one of our favorite things.  The staff was just amazing.  So friendly and helpful and what amazing work ethics!  Even the ones we met who worked 14 hour days 6 days a week had smiles on their faces first thing in the morning. 

The grounds were spectacular, people working to clean thing the pools and manicure the lawns all day long. 

We left the resort twice.  Once to go into Playa Del Carmen for some shopping and then we went snorkeling one morning also.  The snorkeling was fun and we had a wonderful meal at a local restaurant. 

This is a place we will definately be returning to.  Time to learn some Spanish! (although it wasn't needed).

The trip to the Imperial Valentin Maya in Riviera Maya was great. We had a great time and loved the resort.  Rooms was beautiful and the beach, pool and dinner options were absolutely wonderful.  This was a perfect choice for us and we would like to go back in a few years.

We had a WONDERFUL trip to the Grand Palladium in Jamaica. Thanks so much for all your help. The resort was amazing. The hotel room was very luxurious and spacious. I would definitely recommend this resort for first time visitors of Jamaica. I must say that the customer service was okay, but not the best. There were times when we called the guest desk for items that were not initially in our room (batteries for our tv remote and washcloths) and it took days for us to actually receive the batteries, and we never received any washcloths. We were eventually told, after constantly asking, that the resort ran out of washcloths and we would receive them when they came in. Also, some of the dinner restaurants closed prior to the times that were listed on the schedule that we received from the resort. Our electricity went out breifly on Monday night, but was restored by the time we came back from dinner. All the issues we had were minor and who could really complain while in sunny Jamaica . We plan to schedule more trips with your help, and I gave out your business cards that you sent. Thanks again for setting us up with such a great deal!!

Mitch - The trip to the Grand Riviera Princess was great, the resort was beautiful and we loved the swim up suite.  Lomas Travel who is the transportation company that Funjet uses was wonderful, clean newer vehicles. The food in the buffet was ok.  The food in the restuarants were good.  We did a tour to the new XPLOR and that was fantastic. The swim up rooms were worth the extra money the one downside to the rooms were the wifi does not work in those rooms.  We would go back to this resort.
