We had a GREAT vacation at Sandals Emerald Bay! Although Sandals still has some growing pains (running out of the already limited menu items, no New Castle Brown) I would recommend the resort. I have never seen the color of the ocean like it is in Exuma. Pictures do not capture its true beauty.
 
I would like to thank you for the champagne and the fruit and cheese platter waiting for us at our arrival. The room, 2301, was the best in the resort. We had a clear view of the ocean from out 3rd floor balcony. I would suggest you try to get that room for your clients. 
 
We were stuck in our elevator twice in 3 days and management offered to move us to another room. We declined and hoofed it up 3 flights so we could look at the view every morning and night. That's how much we loved the view.
 
We took the Exuma Cay all day tour with Captain Robert. He was a lot cheaper than Captain Ray (the Sandals tour) and I feel that we did not lose anything by going on his tour. My husband was having a little trouble in the grotto and Captain Robert helped him without embarrassment.

I think my husband is hooked on Sandals. He fell in love with management and its staff. We are thinking about Antigua or St. Lucia. If any good deals come along, please let me know.

Mark- We did indeed get a huge upgrade at Royal Plantation to their top suite, it was awesome!  The trip was perfect and we did love the RP.  Thanks so much for your help and I will use you guys again!!  Thanks so much :) Jill

Hi Sherri,

     I just wanted to let you know that we had the best vacation ever! Aquatica was fun, roaring rapids there was the best. The aquarium that you take through the lazy river was neat, and the dolphin tube that you shoot through was over rated, but all in all lots of fun for everybody.

     Disney's Polynesian was everything we had hoped for.  Ohanna's was really good, our favorite for eating out of all the restaurants. The Luau was a good show but I thought the food would of been better for the money we spent. Perfect weather everyday! It's hard to be home in New Jersey with cold weather yuck!

      Thank you Sherri for all your hard work it was a wonderful vacation and we had that gift card waiting for us at the front desk as planned.  I will be calling you soon for that cruise, I just need to recover from Disney first for a while.  I recommend you to all my friends you are the best travel agent so thanks again!!!!

Hey Mitch,

  We had an awesome time at Sandals Whitehouse. Our room was great. The weather was perfect. Sandals Whitehouse had a ton of activities for us to do.The restaurants and bars were a lot of fun. It was just a great time. That "ultimate kayak adventure" trip was an excellent choice too. I'm really glad we did it. It wasn't all that ultimate or adventurous, but it was nice to take a look at Jamica while ziplining and kayaking down a river. Also, thanks for the bottle of champagne. Kristen and I really enjoyed it.

We got back from our trip to Beaches last night.  My whole family had a wonderful time, and I can't imagine a better place to take three 3 year old boys [two of whom can euphemistically be called rambunctious] and a 6 year old girl.  The single room accommodations were lovely and worked out fine because after being on the beach and in the pools from early morning through lunchtime, the boys all took naps.  That let everyone stay up pretty late, so everyone went to sleep for the night at the same time.  The food was quite good and the staff exceptionally nice.   The beginning of May was a great time to go because there were no crowds, lines or waits in the restaurants.  No reservations were needed except at the Asian restaurant.  The Sesame Street stuff was terrific and we all loved the breakfast. I think my grandchildren wore out the water slides and our 6 year old, Anne, was so proud of herself because she went down the big ones. For the trip to be called perfect, all that was needed was for the island to have another runway and a larger airport lounge. 

The twins' parents are thinking of going to the Beaches in Negril. Other than being on a smaller scale, is there anything they should know about it?
