Hello Mark! The vacation was fantastic!! Secrets Maroma is beautiful and service was amazing. Drinks were brought to us before the ones we had were empty....every day! The only complaint would be that the room service food was really awful and restaurants were just fair. Only a couple were good -out of 7 restaurants! Spa was amazing and we were really happy with the swim-out room (thank goodness those pools are heated). Really appreciate the chocolate covered strawberries-very thoughtful surprise and it was the best dessert there!

I referred probably 20 people at least to you and your website so I'm sure in the future you'll get some extra business. Thanks again for making the whole experience easy for us - you're the only person we'll use on future vacations!

Mark - Our trip to Secrets Maroma was fabulous. If u have someone who is looking for intimate with perfect service, I highly recommend. Also, I'm a spa junkie, and this one was the second best I have been to (Tabacon in Costa Rico has been my #1 for a while now).

The honeymoon to El Dorado Seaside was great - a perfect fit for us and we really had no complaints. Staff was amazing and thoughtful. The only problem I saw was the resorts lack of computerized systemed meaning you would talk and setup something with one group and they would have to literelly walk over to that persons desk pull out a stack of papers and find a stapled one in the bunch.

This was all small administrative things. Other than that amazingly great - we're glad you told us about the property.
