Fayette,

Once we actually got to Beaches Negril, our trip was amazing.  Janelle was VERY good to us.  She called us personally and followed up on our credit card situation.  We did receive our credit card on Wednesday and she made sure we got it.  The staff was so nice, the room accommodations were great, the pools were amazing and the restaurants were great too.  We really did have a good experience once we got past the flight disaster on the first day.  If we hadn

Hi Ruth,

I wanted to thank you again for all you have done.  We got back yesterday afternoon from our week long stay at Sandals Grande Ocho Rios.

We were upgraded all the way to the Romeo & Juliet Honeymoon One Bedroom Suite w/ Private Courtyard, Whirlpool, Pool & Butler Service (two categories)!  It was very nice.  I liked the privacy.  I am sure you had everything to do with that.  Thank you, very much.

When we got there, they had the cheese trays, and fruit trays.  I was surprised when our butler told me that they did not have strawberries because they did not look good enough.  But they did give us chocolate to dip the fruit in.  You are so efficient.

The butlers were exceptionally nice, especially one that we really liked a lot.

The spa was wonderful.  We did the zip line (canopy tour) and had a blast.  I loved it.  I didn't know how much walking it was, though.  My legs still hurt...hehehheh........The horseback riding was fun, too.

You did a wonderful job and I want to thank you over and over again.

Hello!!!!

I am back to reality today from Sandals Royal Caribbean and boy it is hard!!  We had an absolutely fabulous time on our trip! I definitely think you helped influence the rooms we got!! The first 2 nights we were in room 207 in the Balmoral building. It was a very spacious suite and in a quiet area. We could tell it needed updating, but we were happy with the space and view! We then moved to room 210 in the Kensington the last night. Wow what a difference!! It was beautiful!! We ate at the Royal Thai and La Jardinier restaurants and then enjoyed the beach party on Friday night. The staff was wonderful and we made friends quickly with the bartenders Sygurd and Adrienne at the beach bar. We even made friends with the guys in the water that sold the jewelry and "Valerie".  We saw your picture up at the Sandals table!! Needless to say, we are missing everybody already and are sold on doing all-inclusives in the future. I would love your expertise and assistance I am planning our next trip around this time of year for an all inclusive that involves children. It doesn't have to be the Beaches resort if you think there are better deals involving children.

Thanks for all of your help with our trip arrangements!!

Hi Fayette!
We had a wonderful time in Ireland!  My 73 yr old Dad got to see the birthplace of his grandmother (Kilkenny).  Our CIE Tour Guide and bus driver were awesome.  So full of local information and "color".
One thing that I wish were slightly different - It was a very full, busy itinerary.  I choose this particular tour based on the needs of my 73 year old dad with bad knees.  He was just about done in 2 days before the trip ended.  Lots of stairs, in and out of bus, waking up early every morning (would have been nice to have one morning to sleep in a bit).  It was a little fast-paced.  I mentioned this to the tour guide who agreed with me.  I understand that they try to get you to see as much as possible, but only getting 45 min to an hour to enjoy a particular town, is not really enough time to explore, stroll, and have a leisurely coffee in a pub somewhere.  I felt like I was constantly looking at my watch, herding my family back onto the bus.  We did put this on our comment cards back to CIE.  It would have been nice to skip a couple of the "scenic stops" to take pictures in order to have an extra hour in one of the wonderful towns we visited.
Overall, I would do this kind of trip again, with the same tour company (CIE).  They were pleasant, knowleable, attentive, and got us to where we needed to be, when we needed to be there.  I couldn't have asked for anyone to have more local historical information than the tour guide Ken O'Connell, and the bus driver, Cormack Ryan.  Wonderful companions for our first Ireland experience!
I would, however, suggest that you do not wait until you are in your 70s to take this kind of a tour, based on the speed and physical exhertion needed to participate in every activity.
Thank you again, Fayette and TripGuy, for all of your help setting this vacation up for me and my family.  We have a lifetime of memories to think back on as the years go by.  My dad is so happy knowing that he "finally got there!"  He's been in a wonderful mood, smiling everyday, talking about one thing or another that we experienced on this "trip of a lifetime."
Thank you again.  I hope to have you help me book more trips in the future.  Italy is calling to me now!

Dear TripGuy,

First of all I would like to say that I don't travel much because I never have much luck finding what I want online. I recently booked a trip with one of your agents, Sherri Hall, and she made the experience wonderful. An all inclusive trip to Mexico for 16 people including kids was planned in less than 24 hours. The resort is perfect for adults and children, and the price was great. She even got us a flight out of Bangor Maine and meeting the rest of my group in Philly so we can fly together. She contacts me regularly to let me now that I need to get my passport and to suggest excursions. She is very informative and excited to help me. I will never spend all my time on the computer looking for  "the best price"  knowing that all I have to do is call Sherri from TripGuy!
